Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart died in
Vienna in 1791 at the age of 35. Today, Mozart is considered by many to be the greatest
musical genius of all time. In describing the creation of
his compositions, the
master was somewhat mystified. Mozart confessed, "When and how my ideas
come I know not; I cannot force them." So, if you’re looking for some
powerful new ideas, don’t fret if you can’t find them right away. Instead,
keep your eyes open and your brain in gear. And, while you’re at it, click off
the TV and unplug the Nintendo. Your next great idea may be fluttering overhead,
waiting patiently to drift softly and quietly into your lap. But be forewarned:
Great ideas only come to those who are prepared to receive them, so tune up your
receiver, and tap in to the genius that most surely exists within you.
